The theme of food in art would turn up quite often and it became artists toy after the World War 2.American pop-artists enjoyed it very much illustrating food and its wrappings.The European approach was quite different.They were inspired by the food in self, not by the pictures of it.The reason why I got interested in this topic was very prosaic-my total lack of cooking skills. I created objects which by their shape and composition resemble well known dishes.My projects were realized directly in supermarkets and malls using their materials, space and people around.
